By inviting or using marshallbot in your Discord server, you agree to follow these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
2. User Responsibilities
Server owners and members are responsible for:
- Using the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
- Ensuring that any data shared with the bot complies with applicable laws.
- Monitoring bot actions and permissions within the server.
3. Bot Usage Limits
marshallbot is provided “as-is” and may experience downtime. Users may not:
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot’s operation.
- Use the bot for illegal or malicious activity.
- Attempt to bypass permission or security checks implemented by the bot.
4. Automated Bans and Banned Members
marshallbot maintains a list of banned Discord user IDs. If a banned user joins a server with the bot, the bot will automatically remove or ban them from that server. By using the bot, server owners agree that this automated moderation may occur.
- Banned users may include individuals flagged for abuse, harassment, or violation of the bot’s terms.
- marshalldevelopment reserves the right to update the banned list at any time.
- Server owners cannot override automated bans applied by the bot for users on this list.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
marshalldevelopment is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use marshallbot. The bot is provided without warranties of any kind.
6. Data Handling
The bot collects minimal necessary data (user IDs, server IDs, command usage) to function correctly. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
marshalldevelopment may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of new terms.
